Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HireOrbyt ("the Platform"), operated by Ayva Technologies ("we", "us"), a partnership firm registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

HireOrbyt provides AI-assisted interviewing and hiring tools for organisations (recruiter accounts) and AI-assisted interview preparation tools for individuals ("Career Studio"): mock interviews, resume scoring, resume rewriting, and ATS match checks.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organisational accounts are responsible for their invited users. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

3. Credits and Payment

Career Studio features are paid for with prepaid credits, purchased through our payment partner Razorpay. Credits are consumed per feature use as displayed at the time of purchase, do not expire, and are not transferable between accounts or redeemable for cash. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. AI-Generated Content

Scores, reports, recommendations, and rewritten resumes are generated by AI and are provided as guidance only. They are not a guarantee of employment, interview performance, or hiring outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated resume content for accuracy before using it — including completing any bracketed placeholders — and for ensuring everything in your resume is truthful.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity; upload content you do not have the right to use; attempt to breach, probe, or overload the Platform; use automated means to access the service outside documented APIs; resell access without our written consent; or use practice tools to impersonate another person in a real assessment.

6. Practice vs. Employer Data

Career Studio practice sessions are private to your account. Practice results are never shared with employers and never enter any organisation's hiring pipeline.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, models, and branding, belongs to Ayva Technologies or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as your resume) and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination for violation, unused credits are forfeited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
