For employers

From application to recorded decision, with the trail intact

Most hiring tooling handles the assessment and leaves the decision in email. That is where accountability disappears: nobody can reconstruct who decided what, on what basis, or why a role stayed open after it was filled.

HireOrbyt closes that loop. A completed interview creates a review, a decision is recorded against it with a name and a timestamp, and filling a position advances its headcount and closes it automatically when it is full.

What you get

A review queue that fills itself

Completing an interview creates the HR review. Nothing needs to be moved between systems for a candidate to be waiting on somebody.

Headcount that is actually enforced

Hiring past a position's headcount is blocked, and a position closes when it fills. A role does not stay open by accident.

Decisions with an audit trail

Hire and reject decisions are recorded against the candidate and the position, with who and when — not agreed in a thread.

Role-scoped portals

Admin, panel, HR and candidate each get their own portal, scoped in the repository layer rather than by hiding navigation.

How it works

  1. 1

    The interview completes

A review is created automatically with the report attached.

  2. 2

    HR decides

Hire or reject, recorded against the candidate and position with a full trail.

  3. 3

    The position updates

Headcount advances on a hire and the position closes when it is full.

Questions we get asked

Can two people hire into the same last slot?

No. Hiring past headcount is rejected, with the remaining slots reported back — the check is server-side rather than a UI hint.

Is candidate data isolated between companies?

Yes. Tenant scoping is enforced in the repository layer on every read, update and delete, not by filtering in the interface.

Do candidates get told the outcome?

Decision emails are dispatched as part of recording the decision, so an outcome is not something someone has to remember to send.
