For employers
Screening that explains its score instead of just producing one
Automated screening earns its bad reputation honestly. Most of it is keyword matching wearing a confidence score, and because the output is a bare number, nobody can tell a good filter from a broken one until a quarter of qualified applicants have already been discarded.
HireOrbyt's screening produces the working, not just the verdict: required skills for the role, which of them the resume evidences, which it does not, the experience level read from it, and the reasoning behind the score. A recruiter can disagree with it, which is the point.
What you get
Matched and missing skills, listed
Not a similarity percentage. You see which specific requirements the resume evidences and which it does not.
Reasoning you can argue with
Each score carries a justification. A screen you cannot interrogate is a screen you cannot fix.
Screening feeds the interview
A screened candidate can be invited straight into a full AI interview, so the pipeline is one flow rather than two disconnected tools.
Public application pages
Each open position gets a shareable application URL that scores applicants as they apply, with re-application rules so the same person cannot flood a role.
How it works
- 1
Publish the position
Title, requirements, headcount and tech stack. You get a public application URL to share.
- 2
Applicants are scored on arrival
Each resume is parsed and scored against the role, with matched and missing skills recorded.
- 3
Promote to interview
Screened candidates can be invited into a full AI interview from the same pipeline.
Questions we get asked
Does it reject candidates automatically?
No. It scores and explains. Who advances is a decision your team records, and it is auditable.
How does it handle re-applications?
There is a cooldown per candidate per position, and a recruiter can release someone to re-apply early. Superseded screenings are marked rather than deleted, so the history stays intact.
Does it integrate with our existing ATS or job boards?
No. Positions and applications are managed within HireOrbyt today. There is no job-board or third-party ATS integration and we will not imply one.
