Will this resume get past the screening?

Paste the job description, upload your resume, and see the match score out of 100 — plus exactly which required skills you match and which you're missing. Same 70/30 formula and same 75-point pass mark that employers screening on HireOrbyt use. Nothing is stored — not your resume, not the job description.

Questions, answered honestly

What does the match score actually measure?
70% of it is how many of the job's required skills appear on your resume, and 30% is your years of experience against the level the role asks for. It is arithmetic, not an AI opinion — which is why we show you the whole calculation and both skill lists.
Is 75 really the pass mark?
Yes. 75 is the threshold in the screening pipeline employers on HireOrbyt use, so the number here means the same thing it would mean to them.
Do you store my resume or the job description?
The job description, never — it is often a real role you are applying to, and we have no use for it. Both it and your resume are read in memory to produce the match and then discarded. The one exception is the resume: if you choose to have the full list of changes emailed to you, we keep the resume and your email address to send it, and every one of those emails carries a one-click link to delete both. The job description is not stored even then.
Should I just stuff the missing keywords into my resume?
Only the ones that are actually true of you. A keyword you cannot talk about for two minutes in an interview costs you more than the screening it passed. Use the missing list to find real experience you left out, not to invent experience you don't have.
Why is this free?
Because the score is arithmetic and costs us almost nothing to show, and because you have no reason to trust a name you have not heard of. The specific line-by-line changes are what a free Career Studio account adds.
