Why we're offering it free
Honestly: because we are new, and a placement cell has no reason to take a chance on a name it has not heard. We would rather your batch used this during the season that is running right now than wait for us to be famous. Students who find it useful upgrade for more mock interviews; most won't, and that is fine.
What we would like back is a straight answer on whether it helped, and if it did, an introduction to the companies that recruit on your campus.

Questions placement officers ask
- What does it cost the college?
- Nothing. Your students use the free resume score and ATS check without an account and without paying. We ask for nothing in return except that you tell us whether it helped.
- Do students have to create an account?
- Not for the free checks — they upload a resume and get a score. An account is only needed for the detailed rewrite notes, the resume builder and mock interviews.
- Do you keep the students' resumes?
- Not for the free checks. The PDF is read to produce the score and then discarded — no copy is stored, and nothing is shown to any employer. Data students add inside an account stays theirs and is covered by our privacy policy.
- Is this a placement guarantee?
- No, and be wary of anyone who offers one. This fixes the part that quietly loses interviews — a resume a screening system cannot read, and a first interview a student has never practised. It does not place anyone.
- How quickly can we start?
- The same week. The tools are already live, so all we send you is a link and a one-page note you can forward to the batch. There is nothing to install.
- What do you get out of it?
- Students who find it useful upgrade for mock interviews and the resume builder, and some of them remember us later. That's the whole model — we would rather your batch used it free this season than not use it at all.
