About the role

A UiPath Developer designs, develops, and implements Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform to automate business processes. Key responsibilities include creating automation workflows, utilizing UiPath Orchestrator, debugging, and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze, document, and test processes. Key Responsibilities and Duties RPA Development: Design, code, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio. Process Analysis: Work with business analysts to gather requirements, map processes, and identify automation opportunities. Orchestrator Management: Utilize UiPath Orchestrator to deploy, manage, and monitor robots and automation jobs. Maintenance & Support: Debug, maintain, and troubleshoot existing automation scripts to ensure optimal performance. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD). Integration: Integrate UiPath with other technologies, such as APIs, SQL databases, and web applications. Required Skills and Qualifications UiPath Expertise: Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components. Programming Skills: Strong knowledge of .NET framework, C#, VB.NET, or Python. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Process Understanding: Experience with Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework) and RPA implementation methodology. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; 1–4+ years of experience in RPA development. Preferred Certifications UiPath Certified RPA Associate (CRPA) UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (ARD)
