1. Corporate Relations and Employer Engagement
Invite prospective companies and organizations to the campus for recruitment drives.
Interact constantly with corporate representatives to understand recruiters' expectations and market trends.
Arrange and coordinate both on-campus and off-campus recruitment processes.
Maintain and update a robust database of corporate recruiters and industry contacts.
Collect feedback from employers regarding the performance of past batches to improve future training.
2. Student Training and Preparation
Organize training sessions focused on soft skill development, resume writing, and interview preparation.
Provide personalized guidance and career counseling sessions to assist students in their career planning.
Guide students on various interview techniques, group discussions, and aptitude tests.
Coordinate technical workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, and entrepreneurship seminars.
3. Event Coordination and Administration
Organize pre-placement talks (PPT) and ensure all required facilities are arranged for interview dates.
Manage the logistics of the selection process, which typically includes aptitude tests, group discussions, and technical/personal interviews.
Collect job offer letters from organizations and distribute them to the selected students.
Support the T&P Cell in building and maintaining an active alumni network (e.g., conducting annual Alumni meets).
4. Data and Record Management
Register eligible students for jobs based on prescribed qualifications.
Maintain accurate records of student data, placement statistics, company visits, and internship processes.
Utilize and manage online Training and Placement Systems or web portals to automate student tracking, send notifications, and share eligible student lists with recruiters (Choudhary, n.d.; Rathod & Shah, 2022).
Qualifications and Requirements Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in corporate relations, recruitment, university career services, or human resources.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build corporate connections.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in database management and placement web portals.
Empathy and strong counseling skills to mentor students effectively.
Ability to manage high-pressure events (like campus drives) with strong organizational skills.
How this application works
- 1. You upload your resume — no account needed.
- 2. It is scored against the skills and experience listed above. The score is transparent arithmetic, not a black box, and you can see where you stand.
- 3. If you clear it, you are invited to a short AI screening interview you take when it suits you — not when a recruiter is free.
- 4. Clear that and you go to a full interview with the hiring team.
